Stripe Continuum

Once upon a time, in talking about fashion choices and wardrobes at the office, a co-worker remarked upon my love of all things striped.  "It somehow just doesn't feel like a normal work week if you're not wearing nautical stripes at least one day during the week." she said.  Sadly, - or not really, depending on your overall opinion regarding stripes - I agreed with her.

So, then, earlier this week this happened:

I found nautical-esque striped ornaments at Crate and Barrel!  Which obviously I purchased, and are now obviously hanging on my adorable little Christmas tree.

How very merry indeed.
